R\u00e9servation et Paiement<\/h3>\n  <ul>\n    <li>All bookings must be made via official channels (website, email, or in person).<\/li>\n    <li>A non-refundable initiation fee of <strong>R1000<\/strong> is required to begin any service.<\/li>\n    <li>Full payment must be made before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h3>4. Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/h3>\n  <ul>\n    <li>The R1000 initiation fee is strictly non-refundable.<\/li>\n    <li>Visa services: No refund after document submission.<\/li>\n    <li>Travel services: 50% refund if cancelled 7 days before; no refund after.<\/li>\n    <li>School placement: No refund after confirmation.<\/li>\n    <li>Accommodation: Subject to provider policies.<\/li>\n    <li>Health services: No refund after booking confirmation.<\/li>\n    <li>Property services: No refund once legal\/admin processes begin.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h3>5. Customs and Handling Fees<\/h3>\n  <p>\n    For any shipment with a declared value exceeding <strong>R3,000<\/strong>, a <strong>10% contribution fee<\/strong> may be applied.\n    This fee contributes toward customs clearance and handling costs in Libreville and does not constitute insurance or guarantee compensation.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h3>3. Shipment and Storage Policy<\/h3>\n  <ul>\n    <li>All parcels are shipped only after full payment confirmation.<\/li>\n    <li>Unpaid parcels will remain in storage in South Africa.<\/li>\n    <li>A storage fee of <strong>R150 per day<\/strong> may apply until payment is received.<\/li>\n    <li>Parcels unclaimed or unpaid for more than <strong>30 days<\/strong> may be sold, disposed of, or handled to recover costs.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h3>4. Declaration of Goods<\/h3>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Customers must accurately declare the nature and value of goods.<\/li>\n    <li>False declarations may result in seizure, confiscation, or denial of compensation.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h3>5. Weight and Billing Policy<\/h3>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Shipping is charged per kilogram (kg).<\/li>\n    <li>Minimum billable weight is <strong>1 kg<\/strong>.<\/li>\n    <li>Weights under 1 kg are charged as 1 kg.<\/li>\n    <li>Weights above 0.5 kg are rounded up to the next full kilogram.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h3>6. Fragile Items<\/h3>\n  <p>\n    Imosi Shipping is not responsible for damage to fragile items including glass, ceramics, electronics, and similar materials.\n  <\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Items must be properly packaged using protective materials.<\/li>\n    <li>No claims will be accepted for poorly packaged fragile items.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h3>7. Payment and Storage in Libreville<\/h3>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Payments in Libreville are converted at: <strong>1 ZAR = 50 FCFA<\/strong>.<\/li>\n    <li>Parcels are stored free for <strong>48 hours<\/strong> after arrival notification.<\/li>\n    <li>After 48 hours, a storage fee of <strong>R100 per day<\/strong> may apply.<\/li>\n    <li>Uncollected parcels after 30 days may be disposed of or handled to recover costs.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h3>8.
